Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

Re: Round Table Revisited

I've been trying to keep up my walking over winter Freddie, but I only manage 2 or 3 times a week due to the weather... I love walking though and I know you do too..it's a good idea to ease yourself back into it slowly and  soon you won't feel right unless you have your daily walk

volunter work is a great idea Freddie, so many places do could with some help

Re: Round Table Revisited

Hi Girls Smiley Happy

Great to see you Freddie - like you, my walking has taken a back seat for the last few months (can a walk take a back seat?) but hoping to get back into it in the coming weeks.

Deb!  Another wardrobe clean out Smiley Surprised

A very quick hello before we race out again.

Braved the weather conditions today - fine but choppy on the water - went out to watch the departure of the Duyfken on her way north to Shark Bay to celebrate Dirk Hartog's landing in Western Australia 400 years ago!

Off to an arty-farty gallery opening tonight.

Catch up tomorrow

Re: Round Table Revisited

hi Laney

looks like I missed you.. the wardrobe clean outs are mainly because I can never find anything and I can sense Spring in the air, so want to find some of my lighter clothing.. Remember in Melb. we sometimes need 4 changes of clothing in  a day Woman LOL

we're in for a spooky night tonight, the wind is already picking up here

ejoy your night at the art gallery opening Laney

sounds like fun!

Re: Round Table Revisited

Tomorrow turned into the day after Smiley Embarassed

Blame it on the rain and the cold!

Took to the cot at 7.30 last night and, apart from a text message which came through around 9pm (which I misread as 3am thinking WTH!!!!), slept until 7.30 this morning ..... awoke feeling so refreshed.

Tackled the day head on and achieved heaps in preparation for next week as it is going to be full on!

Not that the above is of great interest to most - just that I like sharing with friends Smiley Happy

Feet up, tights, leg warmers, a jumper and a hot coffee ..... what could be better?

We will catch up with RIO tonight .... getting towards the finish Smiley Sad

Heard this morning about a shortfall in 'para' tickets sales which may result in many of the paralympians not beings able to get to RIO. Hope the lack of funding can be resolved quickly as it would be so crushing for so many who have worked so hard for so long not to be able to compete there Smiley Mad

Always, always when we're looking forward to a sleep in...the phone rings.. So for the last few weeks, we've been turning off and disconnecting all phones before we go to bed ๐Ÿ™‚

Re: Round Table Revisited

Good afternoon Ladies Smiley Happy

Freo was jumping today - the Uni had an open day - lots of fresh faced and expectant students milling around the West End.

Not so cold today but had it been, we were in the right place!  We went to a bronze pour and were standing right above the pour itself and the heat was fantastic.  Would not have liked to be down where it was all happening with that molten liquid flowing though Smiley Surprised

We got inside just before the rain came down - more to come too.  Right place, right time lol

Deb - don't forget Wallander tonight

Re: Round Table Revisited

the bronze pour would've been interesting Laney - is it a statue???

Olympic withdrawals here. Wallander was great, shame that's finished too. Lots of series I've been watching have now ended, so I hop they come up with some new ones Woman LOL

The Kettering Incident I watched but I didn't get the ending Woman Surprised

Morning Deb - we have a chilly start to the day here after weeks of spring like weather.

Thinking about a kitchen reno next year *shudder* Woman Surprised with a new oven and cook top

Mr F ignores me when I try to start a conversation about it Woman LOL

Hope Prim and family are doing OK.

Good morning all!    About to head out the door (I should have left half an hour ago ...  Smiley Indifferent) but the clock is obviously going to get the better of me as I race it today.
