Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

Re: Round Table Revisited

I missed you last night Laney... though I don't go to work. I love the week-ends too because others are home and more relaxed and we can get out and about and do things together

I always used to notice that dolphins love racing with boats... the faster you go, the more dolphins join in 😄  lovely creatures, I love them

enjoy your well deserved weekend break Laney

Re: Round Table Revisited

Good morning friends - present and MIA ~~~~~

Plans to do nothing progressing well ...... could get used to this Smiley Happy

Looks like a beautiful day ahead - think we had a drop of rain earlier - the gentle sound on the tin roof was music to my ears.

Nothing much planned AGAIN and no news to speak of.  We are trying to decide whether we will go down to a newly renovated restaurant on Port Beach.  Good recommendations from friends and a great location but perhaps better during the week when it would be less crowded.  It's too early in the day to make up our minds though ..... coffees and a 'you-know-what' is the go-to for the moment Smiley LOL

Enjoy your day whatever eventuates .......

Re: Round Table Revisited

Good afternoon Friends - here and MIA

Gosh the week is almost over - just one day to go thankfully.

Yes Deb - we decided to go to the new restaurant despite it being Sunday.  Right on the beach, great food and ambience and actually not too crowded.  Will go back again in the New Year as everything is getting really busy here now, particularly with summer really hitting now.

A hottie today and more predicted over the next few days too ......... don't worry - we will share with you Smiley Happy

We had an early dinner down at the Left Bank last night and caught up with some friends there ....... love this time of the year in this weather.  The only problem not having DST here is that the sun gets up so jolly early ...... consequently so do we Smiley Frustrated

Oh well, if that is the only complaint I have, can't really complain lol

Thankful for the reticulation now.  It is a bit early in the day but the garden was looking very thirsty so it is fired up in the back garden at least.  Found a couple of leaks - they are a job for the weekend.

You and Nics sure have been on a roller coaster ride with your weather.  Hope things even out for you now and you can put those heaters away!

~~~~ to you all ~~~~
Hiya Deb
We are grinches when it comes to NYE ..... prefer not to be on the road and anyway the thought of staying up until midnight gives me the horrors these days.  It has never been my favourite night of the year anyway Smiley Frustrated
We celebrate the NYE on t'othersider time - that enables us to catch up with kin at a more 'reasonable' hour- and we can do that sitting by the river in the cool Smiley LOL
Re: Round Table Revisited
We'll probably just visit friends this NYE.. I really missed not being able to go on the boat last year.  Last NYE we had friends over and went somewhere local.. Then I had this brilliant idea about where we could go to see the fireworks from and it ended up being hysterical... Or memorable as one if my friends put it.
this year we were hoping my friend who lives close to the city would have her rooftop garden finished to watch the fireworks from... Sadly that won't happen as building works are way behind
