Good afternoon from the wonderful west folks 

A week of highs and not so high highs and ummmm errrr Freddie and TSGE - despite your polite and not so polite requests - I don't 'share' 

Wednesday night was fantastic despite Fed losing his match .... what a match that was.  Last night (and yes ... we went again .... cos we could) his tennis was impeccable but the overall result for the team was kinda disappointing.  No matter - we have the Aust Open to look forward to albeit not in the flesh lol

Beautiful day here today - staying inside though (you know me and tennis) and anyway Freo is hosting the Falls Festival concert all weekend and the town is one huge mess traffic and people wise!  Staying indoors is an easy decision.

It's been lovely down here the last couple of days. We went to our local fish 'n' chippery on the water front for dinner last night and I had to wear a long-sleeved top. 

It sound like Freo is a hive of activity at the moment, Laney; as you say, a good time to stay indoors.

darned hot here tonight, I might not go to bed.. A cooler change is on the way in a couple of days though

Good afternoon Stringers and other Friends 

Work, tennis, work, tennis .... what more can I say?

Nothing much to report - in fact nothing really.

Just letting you know I have not succumbed to the heat or any other thing ..... just really busy 

Give me a week or two and I will be over the current hump ..... well possibly after the Australian Open 

I truly hope you are all well - think of you all often and miss talking to some of our long-standing friends.

Got some really exciting things in the pipeline which require just a bit more of my time than previously - if that is possible.

When it is all done and dusted, going to take myself away for a couple of days R & R ......

When I head down to my hairdresser I am tempted to keep driving .... and I will ..... so we might get the opportunity to catch up for a coffee on YOUR home turf 

There are a couple of places I need to visit in relation to work as well
