Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

Re: Round Table Revisited

A good start for Kyrgios would be to put the broom through his

support team - get a coach and have an operation to get rid of that

ego - quit the gawking into the crowd trying to garnner attention

and concentrate on his game he's like a child looking for attention.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Good afternoon Stringers and other friends Smiley Happy

Real life activities AND the Australian Open have taken their toll on my time - I had no idea it was so long since I had posted here.

Just today to go - an exciting match coming up with two amazing champions of the game - two that some of our upcoming players could take life lessons from ..... AND also from our very own Patrick Rafter.

Hope you are all well.  Will look forward to catching up with you once things settle back to some sense of normalcy for me ...... it really has been a mad few weeks.

Re: Round Table Revisited

A long overdue 'hello' to all my Stringer friends, present and MIA.

Feet had not touched the ground since I last posted .... that was until I slipped over in the laundry and split my knee open a couple of weeks ago.  16 stitches later and pretty much housebound for the time being at least my dislike of shopping has been overcome. I have needed to resort to online food shopping for us and I might never have to go into a supermarket again Smiley LOL

The office has had to take third or last place for the time being - no-one is indispensable and I am sure they will survive and even prosper.  This might be the real beginning of retirement for me.

All this and I have not even been tempted to light up.  Did not say anything about it before and probably will not say much about it in the future either but I have not had a cigarette since 01.01.17.  Cold turkey and with a life partner who still smokes .... I am not so secretly proud of myself and can honestly say I do not miss them one bit!

Anyway, enough of me - hope you are all well.  Might take my enforced time at home to have a read around and try and catch up with you - if not here .... then perhaps elsewhere Smiley Happy
