Only in Western Australia!!!!
End of the year in the WA Parliament requiring all present to listen to all the 'thank yous' to members of staff, [not all] other MPs, friends, families et al and David Templeman broke into song .......... The Galaxy Song from Monty Python's 'Meaning of Life' ......... a very good rendition and a great and accurate note or three on which to end the parliamentary year
For those unfamiliar with all the words, the last line is 'And pray that there’s intelligent life somewhere out in space, ‘Cause there’s bugger all down here on Earth!'
PERFECT

....about time too!!!!
Where is your note?
Good to see you buzz .... hope you are giving life a good kick along
Thanks for your wishes Tas. They are reciprocated.
Magic day here (not taking into account the 2 zip cricket result of course) - we lunched down at a favourite cafe on the river - dolphins gambolling in the shallows and then tracking the tourist boats down to the mouth .... just the sort of experience the tourists look for.
Another perfect day in paradise.

Hi Buzz!
hope all is going well, and have a great Christmas
Lane, lucky you, i love dolphins... They used to race the boat.. The faster you go,the more appear an swim alongside. I don't know why that is?
