Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

Re: Round Table Revisited

Good afternoon from the wonderful west - all the more wonderful since the Dockers walked all over Carlton this morning Smiley LOL

Deb, I hope your Tigers get up on Sunday.  It really is all academic for us now so happy to barrack for your boys Smiley Happy

Frank's Dons have a bye this week so he can relax Smiley Wink

Mind was moving at a million miles an hour last night so sleep did not come easily.  It requires discipline to clear the mind of the days work/activities but afraid I do not possess that discipline lol.  Tempting to consider an afternoon nap a little later but I will probably not get there.

Trying to think of a bon mot to describe what I have been reading but it is not the least amusing.  'Low' does not describe adequately the levels to which some will stoop!

Re: Round Table Revisited

Afternoon Deb and ~~~~~~~ to other Friends ~~~~~~

Not sure whether you are listening to the match.  A real nail-biter Deb.  I am glad it is not 'our' match as I can feel the BP going up as you go into the last quarter lol.

Catching up on some work here and listening to the ABC in the background.  I would cross my fingers for the Tigers but it would stop me working Smiley LOL

In between time I have been reading around the traps - the dishonesty and intimidatory behaviour has to be seen to be believed - it is not surprising though as it has been demonstrated here, albeit to a lesser degree.

Anyway - back to the final quarter Smiley LOL

Re: Round Table Revisited

Thanks lane.

Denmark sure did. I'm glad for the little nation.

And Iceland had a draw against the mighty Argentina so that was also nice to see.

Richmond on top of the ladder. Smiley Very Happy

Evening Friends Smiley Happy

The frustration of those experiencing the Optus debacle is almost incandescent and I don't blame them.  Good to see that at least SBS have stepped into the breach for the next 48 hours!

Worked this morning - short day for me - and caught up with some long overdue correspondence this afternoon.

Heavy rain early this morning, blue skies through the day and now the rain has returned.  The garden is not complaining and neither are we - we sure needed it.

Hope you all had a good day and got a few laughs along the way as I did Smiley LOL

Re: Round Table Revisited

Hello Friends Smiley Happy

Much ado about nothing here in the wonderful west.  The Eagurls are playing the Dons (fingers crossed Frank) tonight at the Perth Stadium at 6.10pm.  I have never heard so much kerfuffle about 'how will we get there during peak hour .... where will we park .... can we leave the office early ....' and now it is raining!!!!!! Talk about being seen as first world problems Smiley LOL

~~~~~Freddie - hope you and Mr F are enjoying your holiday Smiley Happy
Not much other news - well no news really - well no first world problems anyway.  Just wanted to ~~~~ to Friends, posting, MIA or just having a break Smiley Happy
