Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

So right Deb!  Prim and I are as bad as each other ....... the benefit of living here in the wonderful west with our time differences means it is easier for us than Prim and her OH Smiley Wink

We have been having the most amazing rain and last night it woke us up so that was my excuse to get up and watch the Nadal/Kyrgios match to the end.  Nick is definitely NOT a favourite of mine but some of the shots last night were just amazing.  If he could knuckle down to a more disciplined routine, he would be able to go so much further but it seems that he does not have the desire at this stage in his life.  At least he put more into his match than that revolting Tomic.

Sorry to see Alex lose - there have been some surprising results - but John Millman is still in there fighting.  Our Ash - what can one say about her.  What a wonderful representative she is - of the sport generally but also of Australia.

Derby Day here this weekend - no further comment lol

Have just been relaxing and listening to Songs of the Auvergne whilst we wait for a sparky to arrive to do some work.  I had forgotten how beautiful they were - the Songs (not the sparky) but perhaps not to the taste of many here.

Have happy weekends friends Smiley Happy

Re: Round Table Revisited

morning everyone,

Very cold, windy and wet overnight it was nice in bed with the electric blanket on.Ventured out yesterday and did the market, day ok but the wind was freezing & I will re think about going again next week.Thankfully one of the traders took my stuff out to the car early and I was home by 1.30.

A couple of my customers are one eyed bulldog supporters and did they give me a mouth full..haha my late dad was a bulldog supporter so someone where inside I have a soft spot for them.

Footy is a funny game at times!!lol

Take care all

Re: Round Table Revisited

My boys are looking pretty good sitting on top with 2 games clear and a great percentage, will savour until the bubble will burst.

Had a very sad and upsetting Sat night as my loyal and faithful 11year old dog Oscar died on the way to an emergency vet.He had suffered fluid around his heart 4 months ago which was drained and he had been ok until Sat arvo. so very lucky that I wasn`t on my own with him.He was my gentle giant Boxer and I loved him so much.
