Had an appointment with the eye specialist today and some good news is  that I can cease taking the 2 lots of eye drops 4 times a day!  I will see him back in March to see how things are progressing.  I might up ending getting the other one done too as he isn`t too sure whether a cataract is forming on that eye(which I am short sighted) so time will tell.

Freddie - I hope the floaters were explained by your eye man when you went the other day and that they are nothing for you to be concerned about in the longer term.  Gosh - you have been in the wars!  How did you manage to do that?  Hope you have been a good gal and obeyed your doctor's orders!  Is it feeling better now after the couple of days keeping off it?

Had a rush job today at work so spent a few hours there this morning.  Not going back now until Friday for a Christmas function.  Busy week ahead - not surprising at this time of the year lol.  Crazy time really!

What a lovely summer Sunday afternoon - sitting in the cool listening to the cricket!

Brings back memories of doing the same thing when my parents were alive - such happy memories ❤️

Just finished rolling a bowl of rum balls - I like to give them as small Christmas gifts (not just one rum ball each lol) for my hairdresser, pharmacist and girls who have been of assistance to me at work though the year!

I sure hope you are all enjoying your Sunday and not stressing about forthcoming Christmas arrangements and festivities 🎅🤶

Hi Nics

It was a great result but I do wish Nathan had got his 500th wicket without having to go to the DRS for a ruling.  Silly I guess but it would have been more impactful if he had knocked the bails off!  Still - he got there one way or another 😂

Hot day here today - had a haircut - didn't do much else really.  Feel so sorry for those poor folks in North Queensland.  The weather patterns are really peculiar.

Work for me tomorrow - enjoy the few days before Christmas Nics - hope everything is calm and organised for you lol

Morning all, just a quick pop in. Been to the cemetery to tidy up and new flowers. My mum's B'day

Christmas Eve she would have been 99yrs. A better day here today, a little cooler. Laney the slice and dice

was a SCC all good clear margins, we keep dancing. Getting the left eye done 20th February Laney. The

floaters were gone by the time I had my apt. Have a wonderful relaxing Christmas, my motto is be

grateful, be kind and share your toys to those who appreciate them.
