Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

Good morning everyone 🙂

We did our normal local dawn service and it was very nice as it usually is.  There were a large number of people this year, more so than I remember from past years.  Also there was a three jet fly over which hasn't been done before.  It was good.

Do you remember the photo I showed some months ago of the park and lake with the ducks?  That is where they have the dawn service but no ducks this year because they have drained the lakes for the time being.  There is a lot of reconstruction going on there and I'm not sure what they are doing apart from lots more landscaping.

Have a nice Anzac day everyone and Clair!  Enjoy the camping.  There is probably no better way to relax but I haven't done anything like that for donkeys years.

Good afternoon Stringers 🙂

Very moving dawn service this morning.  The flyover obviously did the rounds j*oono and we had another one around 11am also.

It was wonderful to see so many young folk making the effort to get to the service too 🙂

Prim - the King's Park service is pretty spectacular. Whilst  I did love the one at the Cenotaph in Martin Place the sheer beauty of King's Park makes it just that much more special I think.  There is something almost poetic about remembering those who have fallen (in such a setting) and their beauty which is lost to us all.

Took an early mark from work ]:)
