Hi Stringers 🙂 it was warm here too, but getting freezing again now.

I'm trying to work out what to cook for dinner. I have 1 potato, smoked salmon, eggs, bernaisse  and Turkish bread... could that be enough for fake eggs benedict? Without the potato perhaps lol

We are having salad rolls for tea.........we always do on a Wednesday.............we have done it so long I am not sure why it has to be salad rolls anymore.:O

Since I do not eat eggs Karen I am not any help.

I got an early minute today........so my Wednesday is not as long as it usually is.

I only got my early minute because hubby accidently took my work keys to work with him and I can not contact him to bring them home..................so now my Wednesday will actually be Thursday.
