Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

Re: Round Table Revisited

Hello former Rt'ers..............what is for lunch?....:^O

I had porridge for breakfast....so I am not hungry yet......:O

Now let me think...............more food stuff................ummmmmmm.....I know.

Our grandson was here for tea last night............(and breakfast this morning.....I am starting to think his Mum can not cook)...............anyway.......................back on the subject of food.........his Poppy has to go out to a work tea tomorrow night..............so I decided to ask him and his Mum to come for tea.

The two boys will be at work and I did not fancy tea by myself.............so I said to our grandson that he could pick the menu....................his thought carefully for a minute and then said.........ham and cheese sandwiches.

I asked him didn't he want something a little bit more special than that...............he immediately replies..................................."toasted ham and cheese sandwiches"

So guess what is on the menu for tea tomorrow night................................................

Re: Round Table Revisited

Good evening Stringsters.

Mum poached the smoked Haddock in milk (I think it drew out the salt and softened the flesh). I used to dread Good Friday.

Re: Round Table Revisited

I must have, Joono. Maybe I thought it and when you turn your thinking off, you can pick up magic messages.

Brr it's so cold, but today is the winter solstice I think? So it's half over!

Re: Round Table Revisited

I think it was cod. I wonder where you buy it... and are there any other tricks to cooking it besides throwing it in boiling milk... and I'm sure it has a sauce... It's all sounding too hard lol
