? now I've forgotten.. is it Laney and Karen who are having visitors ? welcome and easy to have around visitors I hope .

Joono, I'm glad to hear that you are doing OK .Take it slowly and be good to you.I hope that your son is feeling well again soon.

It's just me to do most of the work here at the moment.When fed the cows and the ponies earlier...one cow had crossed over into the horses paddock ....he would usually cross back into his paddock soon after someone put the food in there for them (I'd done that)  .....

intead.. he headed in that direction,looked like he was going to cross back over ..waited til I'd dished up the ponies chaff,then he did a  u-turn ,shoved the ponies out of his way and began eating their chaff  ...

.

I nearly had him out of the way  when the other 2 cows joined him and they all made quick work of the ponies chaff ...while the ponies looked me as if to say 'do something' lol

all I could do was wait til a bit later and hope that the cows would go back into their own paddock so that I could go out and feed the ponies again...

that was a success 

The fire is burning and I'm off for a hot bath and then bed

Iza, thanks so much for thinking of me.  This week has definitely been not a good one.  You get so depressed once all the planning and photos and songs and everything are arranged and you get to have a lovely day and then it's all over.

I'm doing ok but I can't seem to sleep past about 4 am so please excuse me if I get out of bed and post a bit.

In the meantime, yes.  My son is feeling so much better 

He had dinner at his new girlfriends house tonight.  Wow!  Her mum cooks chilli mussels on a week night and it's a special meal for me that is just made on weekends because I make such a bloomin mess of the kitchen.
