Just received an email from friends who have just bought a new boat.
They sent us a link showing us pictures of it - I initially thought he was serious (until I looked at the link)
What conspicuous consumption!

A plus would be the craftsmen, builders and labourers involved in building it. From the looks of it, it would have kept a small village in work for a few years.

True Prim - not to mention the electronics specialists/decorators/makers of all the add-ons on board.
It is not sour grapes but is not my idea of sailing lol lol lol

Prim, I bet your OH is pleased with the results tonight ![]()

That is exactly what I thought when I saw the first few pictures....they would not even know they were sailing.
It is my bed time. Good night Stringsters 🙂

Don't panic - I'm not really that into it at all. I suppose I would favour the Eagles in the Derby, but I'm mildly excited when either team does well. It would be great to see the Dockers win their first flag.

Hi TGSE
It would be great!
Cricket is on now - no wonder I am tired in the morning - all this sport lol
Clarke did well - 187 - shame he did not get to his 200
Anyway - going to try and get an early night 🙂
Goodnight folks.

Good morning Stringsters 🙂
My OH watched the cricket too....he is a sleepy head this morning.
It is a lovely day in Sydney and I intend to try to catch some vitamin D naturally instead of my nightly tablet 🙂
Have a great day everyone.
