It is not easy to find a good recipe for pickled pork. Google was not much help.

I have never cooked it and I don't think I would. Too much salt for those in this household watching their blood pressure levels 🙂 🙂

Prim...............this one is salt reduced............and it helps to change the water half way through cooking............hubby is not allowed to have any salt in his diet at all if he can help it.

What are you going to serve it with Flashie? Apple sauce?

I will eat it with chutney and veggies I think.....I can cook hubby some apples to have with his.
