I am still working my way around this computer...it is soooo different.  I have taken an annual leave day today as I have a few appointments to attend. But not much else happening.

I did get my emails, it was the set up of the email system that was the problem.

Last new computer I had to use Windows Mail and now I am back to Outlook. Outlook took a fair bit of setting up but it is done now.

The hardest part is when I first turn the comp on, I get a lot of 'stuff' I don't want and can't seem to stop and finding where to turn it all off is proving difficult. I wil get there but meanwhile its a little frustrating 🙂

Up early and 'at 'em' this morning.  I had to deliver my car to the service centre so, instead of a sleep in during the heavy rain, I had to surface (leaving the rest of the household snoozing).

The weather cannot make up it's mind now - really black skies in one direction and bright blue skies in the other.  I just hope the blue sky stays over us lol.

Glad you got your emails sorted Prim - hope you get all the other appointments attended to.

Me? I am going to do some research in respect of a huge project I have taken on ....... might as well make good use of the free time I have today.

I don't think I have ever seen it so quiet on the boards...............I thought I saw some tumbling tumble weed.

Near our back steps we have a little garden......only about 90cm side.........and about 8 foot long......it is full of succulents and a very course type of pinebark.

For the last few weeks I have had a starling visit this little garden............I think he is teasing me.

He gets in there and throws all the pieces of pinebark out onto the path............he just picks them up in his mouth turns around and throws them.............today, when he looked up and say me in the kitchen window watching him,  I swear I saw him grin.

He makes a mess............and then happily goes on his way.

I wonder if he is looking for grubs and insects under the bark? 

Starlings don't have much of a reputation around here as they tend to get into the roof and distribute mites. A workmate has a major problem with this.

My 'appointment' annual leave day is over 😞 I wish I had thought to make it a week!

Pasta for dinner here and nothing much exciting happening.

The boards are quiet but I am guessing half the posters still can't access the boards and the other half are sick to death of the style of nasty politics displayed on these boards. Bring back the trolley races!!!
