Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

Re: Round Table Revisited

Good morning Stringsters

I hope you are enjoying some fun with your visitor Karen.

Laney, sometimes it is annoying to have other's deadlines made yours. I hope it is not too stressful for you.

I love fireworks and always took my children and grandies to the Show so they could see them. Long gone are the days when we had Cracker Night and got lots of hands on experience.

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Good morning Prim Smiley Happy

No stress here Prim - I just mentioned deadlines cos Deb had been talking about them earlier - but I understand what you are saying.

The sound of the reticulation turning on woke me up this morning. I had obviously had enough sleep by then so decided to get up whilst the rest of the household is still in the land of nod and thought I would have a peek in here before I got to work lol

Cracker nights bring memories of huge bonfires on the local golf course with the attendant high jinks - and crackers organised by my Dad in our back garden with all our neighbours and their kids. Great fun but not without their misfires lol

I hope your weekend is ............ well - you know Heart

Re: Round Table Revisited

Good morning Stringers ๐Ÿ™‚

I hope you don't spend the whole weekend working on other people's deadlines, Laney.

I planted my first veggies in one of the gardens,,,spring onions... One of the gardens will be full of salad. Today I'm going to start planting the herb one....and the third one will be for veggies. The big one out the back is almost full of dirt and it will be for bigger veggies like sweet corn, eggplant and spuds.

That's my gardening news for the day lol. Weather is sunny and hot, just how I like it. Visitor is sleeping.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Hey Stringers - keep an eye on Karen's verge - looks like she might be putting out a heap of excess produce (a la tomatoes) in the not too distant future lol

You sure have been busy Karen - sounds great actually Smiley Happy

Re: Round Table Revisited

Good morning everyone.

It's a bit smokey outside but I just checked and it's from a prescribed burn.  The NSW fires make you a bit more alert.

Son is still sleeping too.  He arrived home last night very tired but he got here.  He was worried that they were going to have to sleep at the airport.

No plans today but I feel like cooking.
