Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

Re: Round Table Revisited

Haha I just talked OH into making me a coffee, I told him it's to make up for all the cold ones he makes me in the mornings lol. He's having a bit of chuckle because he always makes me one in the mornings, but I don't always wake up for them

Re: Round Table Revisited

Hi Stringers 🙂 wow 500 did 10 hrs so far.

Today I didn't do much so I have no news....unless you want to hear gardening news.

Tonight I made Joono's fried rice again and used vegetable from my garden

Tomorrow I'm going to catch up on all the things I'd planned to do today.

I havent been to a pageant for years, Flashie...love a good community pageant with all the floats and happy kidlets 🙂

Re: Round Table Revisited

Not much news from me either except that we're about to head out for our walk. Lately we've seen a few tawny frogmouths. One has a baby. Will be keeping an eye out for them in our travels tonight

Re: Round Table Revisited

You're lucky to see the tawny frogmouths, Deb, especially with a baby! They're so ugly cute, just adorable. I hope you see him again.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Hi!

It sounds like the pageant went very well Flashie.  I will have a look at the pic in a minute.

Laney, I did manage to fix that sprinkler but got drenched doing it.

It's hard to change the pop up sprinklers over because when you unscrew them all the dirt falls in which makes it harder to get the new one in place so you pretty much have to do it with the water turned on to clear it out and then replace it.  Luckily I didn't mind getting soaked because it was a scorcher today.  Even in Bunnings it was boiling.  Do they not have air conditioning?  I got I couple of things I needed but couldn't stay long because it was like a sauna in there.

I've been checking all the stations tonight and it seems that it needs some maintenance.  No more gushing at the moment so I can still run it but many of the pop ups need replacing.

Karen, I'm glad I could help Smiley Very Happy

I've already made my stir-fry but I'm going to have it cold later.  Not ready yet and it's still warm here.

Anyway, Baloo and I enjoyed the sprinkler job.  Gawd he stinks from all that bore water.  Hhhmmm, I suppose I do too.

Re: Round Table Revisited

The mum & baby we've seen in the same tree for the past 2nights, but it's hard to see them in the dark. We only know they're there because she swooped onto the ground near us to take back something to feed the little one. They were in the same spot last night too.
