Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

Re: Round Table Revisited

Deb I also missed the 7:30 report, Leigh Sales interviewing Katter...I think they don't put it online for a few days so I'll watch it then. I couldn't find the Keating interview online...and I have to watch it or ill lose the next political debate with my dad who is a staunch non-labor voter lol

Must. Not. Lose.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Just before I go, I don't think Katter heard any of her questions, but he seems to be very, very angry, with everyone lol.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Good morning Stringsters

Worth repeating "This is the only place they visit so it's pretty sad.  I hope they can make good friends soon too." with emphasis on the word 'good' and thoughts about quantity versus quality.

After getting that virus I don't click on links provided by some posters so if I am meant to be perturbed by songs with less than flattering titles, I never see it  ๐Ÿ™‚

We are putting up our Christmas tree at work today. Our previous tree was looking a bit sad so this year a colleague was given the task to go and buy a new one. She came back with one that has individual, numbered branches.......lots and lots of them. It will take us hours just to match and slot in all the branches.  I am sure it will look nice when assembled but the monetary value of the time and wages of the people needed to erect the darn thing is a bit of a worry LOL

Have a good day everyone.

Exactly Prim

Speaking of Christmas trees, we should be putting ours up this weekend. I hope we do. Our tree is a shop display one and it's huge, I can't manage it on my own any more

Re: Round Table Revisited

I've noticed tis year in the shops, solar Christmas lights for hanging in trees outside, I wonder if they're any good??

I should be asking Flashie, she would know, they seem like a great idea

I am so enjoying this weather. I've been out working in the garden already. I have someone picking up something today so I have to stay around home for a bit

Re: Round Table Revisited

Good afternoon Stringsters

That sounds like a BIG tree Deb ๐Ÿ™‚

Last year we decided we are past lugging home a huge heavy tree and trying to lift it into the tree holder so we bought a small one. It was lovely. It was easy to fit in the car. It was easy to put in the stand. It was easy to dispose of.  Now OH says no more big ones and I am happy with that.

Our tree did not get erected as we were all too busy. Maybe tomorrow.

Have a great night everyone
