I will be doing the same for my family tonight Karen. It's that time of the year when all of my cooking involves Christmas and so they will have to starve until then.
Chicken nuggets tonight LOL

They will be fine but I'm not sure how long they should cook for.

They might get a little dry and tough if baked as is. I would be inclined to put them on a rack over a baking tray containing a little water.

I had an interesting day today..............babysitting our middle grandson...........he is such a hoot.

Our youngest daughter loved that movie too.
ANd Grease..................infact all our children have loved Grease.
I remember our youngest son used to dance on the coffee table and then throw himself under it when they sand Greased Lightening.
The Monster High Movies are of the dolls that you all searched all over the place for the boys ones he wanted.

Ah Flashie, Monster High....memories 🙂 🙂
I had a funny visit to the doctor's today.
Now, I am used to my appointments being late in the afternoon and I am usually the only one in the waiting room or the others are on their way home from work, like me. Everyone reads and is silent.
But today I had an early appt. and the waiting room was full of elderly patients. They all did or said something that was amusing or very funny but I will only relate two of the incidents.
An elderly lady pulled out a very large crossword. She made a couple of entries, then announced to the room that she does these crosswords to keep her mind working but she had forgotten how to spell so for several minutes she called out words and we all obliged by spelling them for her.
Then the receptionist, who is a very caring person but a little 'odd', turned on the radio and she must be a little deaf because the music was blaring. She started to hum along. i have never heard anyone hum in such a bad, off key, out of tune way.
At first I thought she was joking. Then a man who clearly was gravely ill and struggling for breath, cracked a smile and asked if that was her singing along to the tune and she replied, 'No, I am humming. I don't sing along to the music anymore because I was singing once and a patient remarked I had the worst singing voice he had ever heard". Then she quipped she thought she should retract her application to Australia's Got Talent etc. and just hum.
By this time I had got the giggles because it was like a comedy skit or Candid Camera and I was thinking I should look around for the cameras LOL.
It was one of those times when suddenly everything was funny and I got the giggles, though I was trying to hide it as I don't know if the others had my sense of humour. i actually had to keep wiping the tears from my eyes and the fellow across from me was staring and I think he thought I was crying because I was sick.
I think I will make all my future appointments in the morning 🙂
