Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

Evening Stringers Smiley Happy

Gee - just catching up here.  Sounds like a very stressful time for you Iza - I truly am sorry Smiley Sad

Karen - did you have that 'target' t-shirt on again today?

Nothing much to report of consequence here - went to the gym this morning, had a swim this afternoon and tonight ....

oooohhhhh this is of some consequence ............ Flashie - I need your advice!!!!!

Home alone at the moment and a rat ran into the back of the house when Lucy was asleep and I had the terrace doors open.  It is currently in the laundry (which does not have a door that I can shut into the main house) and I have the doorway blocked with 'stuff'.  Have opened the door in the laundry to the outside ... only hope he does not invite any mates in for a party 😞  Lucy is going ballistic lol. HELP!!!!!!

Re: Round Table Revisited

Oh dear me!

So much to do!

My profiteroles are filled thank goodness.

All I have to do now is:

* de-bone the quails

* assemble the croque-en-bouche/
croquembouche

* assemble the macarons

* catch and thermidor the lobster - nothing better than fresh

Almost forgot the tarte tatin! My goodness, Xmas isn't Xmas without a tarte tatin! What was I thinking?

I've de-boned the duck and the turkey and the chicken now all I have to do is stick them all the **bleep** back together and cook them.

Missing a cake fork though, it's an extra special cake fork and without it, the day will be ruined. I'm going to spend the rest of this evening hunting down the perfect fork for cake, as one does... Cat LOL

Just do a Marie Antoinette (incorrectly attributed to her I think) and let them eat cake with their fingers

Re: Round Table Revisited

Buzz!  Lol.  You just reminded me.  I was going to make the bread pudding tonight Smiley Very Happy

I had better do that because it's my new tradition to make my mum's bread pudding and it's better than Christmas pudding and that's for sure.
