I was just doing some quick reading about the condition.  Years ago had a friend with a similar problem - eventually they came a huge cropper because they just could not keep up with themselves!

It has the appearance of being quite frantic doesn't it - sad in some ways!

I think the 'huge cropper' happened here about 3 years ago but it didn't deter. Fresh blood and all that.
