Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

Re: Round Table Revisited

I knew you would be Laney.  The stupid Big Bash cricket is on here at the moment.  Over it!

Re: Round Table Revisited

Lol Joono, I've had enough of The Big Bash too.

The guy who injured his shoulder last night (Robbie) is a friend of the people we spent the weekend with a couple of weeks ago & I've had to watch it and watch it lol

Not tonight though Shhh!

Re: Round Table Revisited

Fantastic match - delighted with the result.

I don't know why I don't like Andy Murray that much despite his talent - don't think it is the tall poppy syndrome.  He just seems surly at times and devoid of a sense of humour - a dour Scot lol.  That is probably unfair of me but imo it is about sportsmanship or the lack of it.

Suppose I am being harsh as I am comparing him with Nadal and Federer.

Oh well .........

Re: Round Table Revisited

Good morning Stringsters

I agree Laney, there is just something about him that leaves me cold.

It is still cold here. I had to wear my winter pyjamas last night it was so cold and it is not expected to get much better over the next few days. At least the lawns got a good soaking.

hi Prim

it's strange how we're going from extremely hot to cold this summer. We're  just about to warm up here again

Re: Round Table Revisited

I don't recall being quite so cold in January, maybe it is global warming.  Cat Surprised

Re: Round Table Revisited

I think we are about to pass on our current heatwave to you again Deb and Prim.

It seems that Australia Day will not be anywhere near as hot as it has been over the last several years.  I think we are expecting 31 degrees.

That means there will be a bit more of a crowd during the daytime hopefully.  It has been too hot for it to be a full on family day lately and people have just been arriving for the skyshow only.
