So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

Good morning Stringsters

I hope you enjoyed your night out Deb. We went to a French restaurant. I had cheese souffle and then bouillabaisse, which was delicious however interestingly the dish included potatoes. It is a while since I have had one with potato but that is exactly how my mother cooked it, so it was a bit of a blast from the past.

The birds are all very noisy this morning. I don't know what is upsetting them but they woke me at 5.45 and they are still fussing. We are supposed to get some heavy rain, it hope it is not a bad storm.
