I was just googling to see when the year of the dog was and found this site.  It has the traits of people under the animal signs.

Part of yours says

Joz it is a V40 T4 Luxury 2013 model.Dealership have to contact Volvo Australia who in turn will contact Volvo O/seas to see if someone world wide has experienced the same problem..Atm they have no idea what happened:-(
