I am a Tiger...............I can see some of myself in both the good and bad bits.

Normally my Wednesday is my hard day..................but this week it got put off until today.

I also had our grandson to look after.

After tea we were watching his favourite episode of Glee..............where Coach sings Jolene.............he loves the song...............we had to listen to it over and over and over.

They he got out his ipad and was playing some of his other favourite songs...............Loveshack............Greased Lightening...............Working Class Man.

He was quite impressed that I knew the songs.............(although I don't know why....I am a groovy granny)

He asked me did I know the Rainbow 5 song............................nope .................I did not know that one.

So he said he would play it for me.................I knew it...............Mambo no.5...

I am wanting to lose a couple of Kg here but OH came home with armloads of chips, nuts & lollies,  I tell you it's impossible

How weird is that?  You said you were a tiger and I couldn't relate to it but now I can.

Tiger people are respected for their courage, even from those working against them.

Tiger people are difficult to resist

Tiger people are daring fighters, they are capable of standing up to the bitter end for what they think is right. 

They are tempestuous yet calm, warm-hearted yet fearsome.

Joz it is a V40 T4 Luxury 2013 model.Dealership have to contact Volvo Australia who in turn will contact Volvo O/seas to see if someone world wide has experienced the same problem..Atm they have no idea what happened:-(

the 5cyl is the genuine volvo engine (not that the focus 4cyl 2ltr petrol engine is bad) you'll get more mileage out of it

i like vovlos based on the ford focus, its about the only other volvo i'd buy (could be a small fit to suit me though)

i thought the engine option might have some significance with the power steering used on the V40, but no they all use electric power steering relative to the ford focus recalibrated for the volvos. which makes more technical - little things could go wrong.

plus side is electric doesnt work from a pulley which makes it more fuel efficient

and with volvos reworking, better to steer

be interesting to find out what failed on your car

Did you get to watch the tennis Laney? We lasted 2 sets but sleep took over. I have taped it and will watch it this morning. It wasn't looking good when we turned it off 😞
