Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

Good morning Stringsters.

Last day today woohoo!

I find it hard to believe that ebay have not kept up with technology. I get that they don't care about the forums but ............

I need to keep moving today so.........have a great day everyone!

Good morning Stringers ๐Ÿ™‚

Buzz and Prim, I hope the time flies.

I'm heading off to do my Christmas shopping, there had better not be queues at checkouts or I'll get a grumpy look on my face and take less care at dodging ankles with my trolley. I'm just so full of Christmas spirit ๐Ÿ˜„

For those starting holidays this week the countdown is well underway.  Wooohoooo Prim and Buzz Smiley LOL

Not really sure why I got up so early this morning - very little to do and all day to do it in.

Looks like the heat of the past few days has moved east now - sorry friends Smiley Sad

Hi,

I wanted to ask Flashie a couple of questions about Tassie if that's ok. Didn't know where else to put it...

Tasmania is on my must do list (we were looking to buy land/house there but ended up back in Qld).

Roughly how long would it take to see a good amount of Tassie, where are the best areas (love the 'oldness' of it, not shopping centres or anything like that), would about a week do for starters or am I way out..I guess I know we really need longer but...

Hubby's brother is getting married in Victoria next year and I was thinking it would be great to add on to the trip and go over on the ferry (if that's what it's called).  Would it be better to take a car on it,  could probably borrow MIL's car rather than hire one over there..I am busting to go there!!

Sorry about the questions Flashie.

Also, haven't been on discussion boards for a couple of years but you helped me so much on the ancestors thread back then, I really appreciated that.

Got back into contact with an Aunt that I hadn't seen or spoken to in nearly 30 years.. She's in her late 70's now and emailed me, (lives in England). Good stuff.

Thanks Smiley Happy

Thanks Laney...............I had missed this post.

Tende.......no need for thanks..............I loved doing the searches.

I would say at least a week.............better with two.

AlthoughTasmania is small it would be too hectic to doit all in a few days.

This might give you an idea of what is good to do here.

And yes a car is a good idea.
