Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

But they are such fresh faced, clean cut young things, I can't bring myself to be rude to them lol.

I have so much to do today, getting ready for Christmas..and I have to pop into work for a few hours some time today.

But I am glad I don't have guinea pig poop to clean up lol

I have a JW that pops around every couple of years with the latest recruit.  He is really nice and doesn't try to preach or convert me.  He did give me some good advice the first time he came because my son had been invited to a birthday party that of course wasn't really a birthday party because his friend was JW.

It was just about giving gifts etc.

I liked him because he reminds me of Steve Martin.  Looks just like him.

Good morning from the wonderful west Stringers Smiley Happy

Amazing what a decent sleep can do for a gal!  Ready to roar now lol

Actually we were up really early - just after 5am - breakfasted AND I was dreading having to go to a shopping centre (Smiley MadSmiley FrustratedSmiley Indifferent!!!!) this morning to collect a parcel.  Was there at 8am and surprise, surprise there was hardly anyone there Smiley LOL

Parcel collected, I decided to do another of my pet dislikes - supermarket shopping.  Go in, got out, no queues and that is the shopping done and dusted.

What a successful morning - no crowds - absolutely perfect weather ........ it surely cannot get any better than that!

Spoiler
.....and no JWs knocking on the door here lol

You've got a lot on your plate Deb.  I don't know how you do it.

Today I am going to make rocky road chocolate bark.  I don't know how to make it so it should be interesting Smiley Very Happy

Any ideas or recipes please post them here.  I am off for supplies.

Gosh Deb you must be wearing yourself to a frazzle!  I hope you have enough stamina to enjoy Christmas after the hectic lead-up to it.

Deb, you sure are clever to be organising all these thing. I can barely organise for one day lol

Today I have learned:

- even if you have washed a hot pink towel 10 times, it will still run onto a white sheet.

- sausages cooked in an oven will be even tougher the next day

- if you give your son's room a thorough clean, you might find 9.55 in scattered coins.

So all in all, an educational day lol
