Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

Good morning Stringsters

You saw  a man wearing a santa suit riding a yellow motorbike?  I wonder what he was up to LOL.

I didn't get to sleep until late and woke at 6am darn it. What I wouldn't give for a long, deep sleep. Ideas anyone?

I am hoping to finish the spring cleaning today because there will be many hours needed in the garden once the weather returns to normal. IIs there ever enough hours in a day????

actually had to turn my electric blanket on for a while last night as I was so cold. Bring on the sun today please.

I thought I was going to get to decorate some gingerbread men via the advent calendar today and as I watched it I thought "Flashie's grandchildren will have fun doing this"...but it seems not or I missed a link?

Have a great day everyone.

Morning everyone.  I was up early today too because someone had a plane to catch.

Good morning Stringers Smiley Happy

A perfect morning here - like j*oono I would willingly share with you Prim.

Try turning off your computer early Prim, so that your mind is not moving at a million miles an hour when your head hits the pillow (difficult I know under the circumstances).

I think the gingerbread men were busy decorating themselves and everything else this morning (you didn't miss a link Prim) lol

I love those Jeep ads Flashie ...... the earlier ones with the little boy declaring they needed a bigger car .... such a cute expression!

A lazy day today as I have my 'Friday feet' on and we are going to the WASO Christmas Symphony in the Park tonight so need to rest them.  Might watch a bit of cricket .... then again might not.

Pickled onion day tomorrow - decided not to do them today out of consideration for those sitting alongside us tonight.

Deb are you going out on your usual Christmas cruise this year?  Talking of cruises has me wondering about others on the high seasSmiley Wink

Might pop back later ........ enjoy your day Ladies.

Fun to make but I think I over burnt the caramel a bit and possibly over did the choccy (is that possible?).

Laney, I think we'll probably be joining the party on NYE. They're having a pretty quiet season this year, not many corporations have booked in Christmas parties, not much money around ATM.

New Year's Eve is always a big night and will carry them through for awhile, that is booked out already I believe.

Joono, that looks yummy, have you tasted it yet.

He Deb, yes it's ok.  At first I thought... meh, but I keep going back for another little nibble so it can't be that bad.

I'm going to get myself another little journal just for Christmas recipes.  This one and some others I have you would only cook once a year.  It would be nice to have a Christmas journal.  I should have put that on my wish list.

It looks better broken up.

If you have to keep going back for more, they must be nice. My mother used to make a chocolate pretzel thingies, I wonder if it's the same recipe?

I have a couple of little books with favourite recipes, but i can never find them, lol
