good to hear Deb that you are on the improve..done the shopping heater is on and guess who is just about sitting on it...yes naughty Oscar!!he does not like the cold..just about to head over to silverstone volvo in doncaster..stupid fuel gauge is giving odd readings even when I have just filled it....instead of being red I am beginning to think it`s more ln a "lemon"shade!!
Finally got the big blue T sorted out 
Without the internet since I last posted, no home phone (all calls diverted to mobile), numerous calls to the Philippines (arrrgh), them previously telling me it was a problem in the exchange and would be resolved by 02 June and then yesterday telling me it would be 09 June I lost my cool and my usually ladylike demeanour, demanding to speak to a supervisor 
Miraculously they found a techie IN the local exchange who called me last yesterday, identified the problems, fixed them and bingo - no drop outs at all since and home phone working again. He also gave me his direct number to call him immediately if the problem happened again. Going to engrave that number on the keyboard so it does not get lost in the paperwork covering my desk lol
At least I could still do some editing work without the distraction of internet and phone ...... now to get down off my soapbox and catch up with whats been happening here

Annoying about your car - hope they get it sorted for you.
One of ours has to go to Toyota for replacement air bags as part of that huge recall but they have not yet worked out how they are going to get through it all - waiting for instructions from on high and replacement parts. Just have to drive carefully until then. Glad we have no long trips planned in the next couple of months
