Morning all.

I am babysitting duties this morning...........our daughter still had to go into work to do the pays.

Our grandson is a tad bored...........(so he tells me).............he accidentally broke his ipad.............and now he doesn't know what to do with his time.

Hubby played football with him for a bit.................and we have played fetch with Ringo..............coloured in.

But nothing appears to be a satifactory replacement for the ipad.

I haven't been able to go walking as often as I would like lately either................too darn wet or windy.

Hi folks. 

Had a strange email from my bank yesterday informing me that my account balance was unavailable. A bit suss as I hadn't asked for it or tried to check it.

There was no attachment  to click on, it just advised me  for further information to log into my account, so I'm pretty sure it wasn't a scam, but I'm wondering if some unknown person has been trying to access my account.

We rang the bank and they are checking.

a busy day of running around for me today. A friend of mine is having a birthday on the 19th and I said I'd make a cheesecake for her. I'd better get on with that soon or I'll miss the date, can't do it today though

Hi folks. Haven't heard back from the Bank but there have been no suspicious withdrawals, so I think all is well.

It's really, really cold here today - I'm thinking of going into hibernation. If I ever win lotto I'm going to buy a house in Broome and go north for the winter.

Deb..........what flavoured cheesecake..............not that it matters..........they all taste wonderful.

I only make them for special occasions now.................no birthdays here for a few more months.........and then the crazy birthday season starts.

TGSE............isn't it annoying when they wont answer messages/calls..............I am waiting on Ancestry replying to a request...............2 days now.

I have made some chicken and mushroom soup for tea with garlic bread........gee it smells good.

Of course both boys wont eat it.............(amazingly)............mushroom as poison apparently.

Nothing to do with the 12 choc-chip muffins that are now 3 choc-chip muffins..........

Flashie I was going to make a baked ricotta one, but I'm short on time so will probably do the Philadelphia cream cheese one (vanilla) last time Mum made one of those she put some hazelnut spread in the mix. Beautiful it was too

it sure is soup weather Flahie, but today we had warmish weather, i kind of missed it though, will be home tomorrow's rain 😞

Lemon tree is laden with fruit at the moment so pancakes with lemon and sugar were the order of the night for supper.

It is cold tonight - ugg boots, tights and a sloppy joe the order of the night and it is going to be an early one.

No ABC radio tonight in Perth as they are fixing the transmitter AGAIN!  Might have to claim a refund of our 8 cents or sit up and listen on the PC as we have not got around to a digital radio as yet.
