I was just thinking we probably won't see much of you with the games on Laney

oh and The Tigers won yesterday which was a bit of a shock for everyone 

from what I saw of the opening ceremony. I thought it was great, loved all the green

I heard the results of the match Deb - a surprise but still a great result!

I havn't been around much I know but that was primarily because of work - the games are going to add to that I guess as Prim 'guilted' me into watching more - her comments were so right lol lol

Not looking good weather for tomorrow - still what are a few pairs of wet feet when you are on the beach  

Don't try and tell me elephants don't fly - I just saw one fly through here

Evening Stringers ....... better late than never 

What a day for a wedding!  The rain came and went intermittently but fortunately it held off during the ceremony - divine intervention?  Perhaps 

It sure is bucketing down right now - nice to be warm and dry at home lol

What a start to the Olympics - managed to see a replay of the two gold medals in the pool and even some of the dressage - was so elegant.  A real marriage of rider and horse - magic to watch.

One of our old favourites occupied the rest of the evening - Wallander!  Sadly it is the first of the final three in the series.  Kenneth Branagh is such a great actor.

Anyway, thats my lot for the evening.  Busy day ahead tomorrow - hope you all had a happy Sunday.  Catch up through the week ......

Wedding in the wet yesterday

Much the same today but no wedding thankfully

No RIO for me today so will have to catch up tonight

Got absolutely soaked getting from the office to the car

Now trying to dry off and warm up

Such is winter!
