Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

Too late for a pinch and a punch from me Nics - but happy Fathers Day to those who are, or the memory of those who were โค๏ธ

Gosh the Aussies are doing well at the US Open.  Alexei Popyrin was fantastic beating Djokovic and our other boys doing well also.  Fantastic to see ๐Ÿ˜€

La Vuelta continues - amazing scenery now they are up in the north.

The Falcons in Melbourne have three eggs now!!!!!!

Hope your weather has improved and the wind has eased.  Enjoy the rest of your Sunday friends ~~~~~

Congratulations to your Cats Nics - pleased to see Port so well beaten.

Disappointed that Alex de Minaur got beaten but he is such a great sportsman especially when he congratulates his opponent.  Draper has been playing really well!

Still enjoying La Vuelta which finishes on Sunday.

Rain, rain and more rain here but nowhere near as bad as the poor folks in Tasmania and you too in Victoria.

Spring is arriving and the wildflowers are blooming.  The canola fields are that lovely buttery yellow and our garden is really looking happy ๐Ÿ˜

Back to the grindstone tomorrow ๐Ÿ™„

Take care - hope all well friends ~~~~~

Thanks Laney the Cats played so well and it was fantastic to see the end result, although I must admit that winning by that much surprised me! Good to see that there next game will be played at Geelong. Temp today 24c but still with lots of gusty winds and rain in the afternoon. My weeping cherry is in full bloom.weepingcherry2014.jpeg

Oh Nics - so lovely to see your weeping cherry in full bloom!  I remember so well when you were building your 'refuge' that it looked so bare so it is doubly lovely to see it blooming once again.

Thank you for sharing the picture ๐Ÿ˜€

Are you watching the matches today?  I have no 'skin in the game' even being an ex-t'othersider from territory of both teams but will watch it purely out of interest.  I have no love for the Giants at all so would probably be barracking for the Swans except for they fact that the Giants are a NSW team ๐Ÿคฃ

Anyway - enjoy your weekend friends ~~~~~

Evening friends ~~~~~

A magic day here today -  28 degrees and that high blue sky!!!  Glad I did not have to go to the office.  Had the lawns cut today and spent some time digging out the bindii-eye.  Sounds like a tedious job but it is incredibly satisfying getting it all out and worthwhile to avoid the prickles in bare feet or bums for that matter ๐Ÿคฃ

Anyone having any preference for who will win the weekend semi-final matches?  Are you even going to watch either match?

Enjoy the weekend - whatever mischief you are planning ๐Ÿ˜

~~~~~ happy days!!!
Wow Laney you are certainly experiencing some warm weather, sadly not here in Melbourne and todays top temp is 12c with rain, hail & with ice too. Watched the footy off and on and between you and me I am happy that the hawks lost....I would never barrack for them ever!.
 Have a lovely weekend and you too Kopes xx
Gosh Nics - I see what you mean about your weather!!  Was just reading about the lucky fellow who spent overnight near Thredbo - he was found this morning ..... so very fortunate.
Two incredible close games over the weekend - like you I was happy to see the Hawks got beaten.  I was also pleased that the Lions beat GWS ....... next weekend is going to be very interesting for you Nics!!!
Sorry to repeat myself but we have another beautiful day here today.  Not only are the wildflowers blooming like mad but our favourite swans have hatched out around 7 cygnets - they look so cute following Mum and Dad in a straight line ๐Ÿ˜‚
Isn't nature wonderful (sometimes)!!!!!
Hope you and Kopes are enjoying your weekend despite the cold weather.
Busy week ahead for me workwise ......... catch up sometime through the week.
Take care you two ~~~~~~
