Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

Flashie, don't cut them back, but you can remove the seed heads or where the flowers were. They get their nourishment for next year's flowers from the leaves, so try to let them die naturally

I didn't have any daffodils this year, only my jonquils flowered, I think the winters are getting too warm for them here

Ours flowered earlier this year than any other.................normally they are just flowering now.

If yours didn't flower maybe the need lifting and separating.

It could be Flashie but I'm thinking the watering system might have rotted them out over summer, plus I think the cats have dug up a few. I can t' find my lovely pink ones

Good you found that clair, even if it's not looking too good.

Oh, I would love to have daffodils, too warm here though.  I do have nasturtions all through the gardens though.  When I can do a bit more, I want to dig out all the day lillies in one garden bed and put the geraniums in.  atm they are all in pots.  Have lots of vincas popping up around the pavers so will mix them through as well, really hardy things and can be pulled out with the roots attatched, so should be fine.

Hi Stringers ๐Ÿ™‚ That canola is beautiful, Clair... Great pic! I love the countryside at this time of year, even the dreaded Patterson's Curse looks so pretty.

I'm going fishing in the morning, getting up at five so I catch the dawn when they're having their breakfast. Well, that's the plan.

I love bulb flowers, but I have a history of killing them. My mother planted 600 just before she died so we'd remember her each spring, but I killed the whole lot after a few years lol. Oops! Then we sold the house.

I did it without even trying. I think I overwatered them...and weeded some because they looked like onion grass... and I think I was supposed to dig them up and store them? I dunno... but after a few years, there were none left.
