morning everyone ![]()
a little rain over-night here will make pulling out the weeds a bit easier for me today

Morning everyone. Lucky you Deb. Not a drop of rain in sight here and back up to 30 degrees for the weekend. It's beautiful in the mornings though, nice and cool.
I finally managed to get some of those sticky date and caramel hot cross buns yesterday which I will try tomorrow. Not sure about the caramel part in a hot cross bun but we shall see! They come in packs of 4 so I stuck a pack in the freezer too. I am a one bun girl but I think the boys will want more than that.

Last packet of hot cross buns I bought I had to eat three jsut to make sure I liked them...........and I have nto bought any since............although that is what is on our daughters "to bring" list tommorrow.
It has been cold here today..............so I have sat inside and done just about nothing all day.
Our grandson and I have watched the new Monster High DVD about 4 times now............(that is about 3 too many for me).....................but he still loves them.

I haven't had any yet today Flashie, though it was cold here this morning, the sun did come out this afternoon, so it wasn't such a bad day after all

We decided last night to go and buy a packet of hot cross buns for breakfast today....................and...................absolutely none...............Coles and Woolworths were completey sold out.
So I had to settle for a packet of muffins.
I promised the grandchildren I would make them some bunny biscuits today...........so I had best get to it.

That's amazing Flashie. Mind you, they've been selling them since just after Christmas. It's like with my last shop before Christmas and I thought I should really get some fruit mince pies, for tradition only because no one here really eats them.
They were all sold out and the staff member said that there would be no more supplies.
I slept in but I'm about to toast mine ๐

You are having a skinny Easter. No buns and no choccy.
