We were just going to have a small packet of top deck eggs between us.
I guess I will just have to pinch a packet of his eggs............I think crunchie ones are his favourite..........so they might have to do..........................
.....................nah............I'll jsut go and buy another packet and hide them from him.

Those sticky date and caramel buns are just so good. One is enough because they are so sweet.

Good morning Stringers ![]()
Finally a few days off might mean I can catch up with you all!
Sound like you are all full of hot cross buns. I admit I am too - got a dozen from Mt Lawley Bakery here (they beat the Coles/Woolies versions hands down here) and not being a chocaholic, they double as our Easter treats. Put half a dozen in the freezer but I doubt they will stay there for very long.
We had the Queen Mary visit Freo on Thursday - amazing to watch her docking in the harbour - was only sorry I did not have my phone with me so no pics sadly.
Street Art Festival in Freo over Easter - will venture out with my phone at some stage as I am certain there will be good material for future photographic challenges.
Now to have a real read back and see what has been happening in your worlds ![]()

Great to see you again Laney! It's all go in Freo as usual I see. My sister and her husband had a cruise on that little boat a few years back.

Thanks j*oono ![]()
I bet they enjoyed themselves - did you go on board to see them off?
Really amazing to watch the docking procedures .......... wish folks in parking areas could manage that well lol

Nics your garden is looking super. Great to see that your rose survived and powered on.
Love those seadaisies Deb - have quite a few in the garden too. They do a great job of filling the beds and stopping other weeds too.
Cannot understand why you have a problem with them j*oono as I imagine your 'soil' would be almost as poor as ours lol. Worth another try I would think.
Bought the special release Spirit of Anzac Grevillea which was a product of Kings Park botanists and now trying to work out exactly where to put it. Not really a fan of many red flowers but we could not resist that one.

Forgot to remind you all of the blood moon (total lunar eclipse) tomorrow evening.
We will not see as much of it here in the wonderful west as you t'othersiders but certainly worth keeping an eye out for (as the brothel madam said
).
My kin in the Blue Mountains said it is pouring there at the moment - hope it clears up for you all. Looks like they will not be so fortunate but further south is looking pretty good.

No, I didn't go on board. I can't even remember whether the cruise left from Fremantle or elsewhere. Middle of this month they are doing some Mediterranean cruising but that will be flights too.
I keep paying my $10 for lotto but so far it's not paying off.

You have to be in it to win it j*oono!
Keep trying lol

I will have another go at the seaside daisies Laney now that I have other plants in there for protection. Having a bounding Baloo probably doesn't help ground covers to get established.
