Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

Hello Laney........................good to see you back.

I have finished making the cookies.............they did not turn out the same as in the pictures.............but no one will mind.............and I bet they will all get eaten.

All our lot should be arriving for tea soon.

Have a great Good Friday all.

Thanks Flashie

Just saw your cookie picture - noone would know they did not turn out the same as the pictures.  They will still taste good and yours are filled with so much of the ingredient of 'love' that was probably not in the recipe with the pictures.

Enjoy your Good Friday en famille Flashie Smiley Happy

Round Table Revisited

When my friend and I went for our Saturday walk we went past this Military Training place.

There was this terrible smell..........we just hurried past............as we were yapping away like we always do when we are together.

But on the way back I had a closer look.

There is a garbage bag in the corner...........obviously thrown over the fence.

I have a funny feeling that it is some sort of animal dumped there.

Nothing is open again until Tuesday...........so I will have to ring then.

I hope I am wrong.................but I doubt it..........what else could it be.

Morning Deb and Flashie Smiley Happy

Lazy morning and a sleep in.  On a guilt trip now thanks Flashie .... should have been out walking too.

Hope you can change your walking route to avoid that awful smell.  Horrendous what some people do isn't it?  Have been reading about all those poor greyhounds up in Qld.  I would imagine it happens in other states too .... what is it that prompts people to behave in such a cruel way? The lure of the almighty dollar ?

Did all the cookies get eaten?  Silly question I know lol

Was just thinking about Prim and looking at the weather Sydney has been/is experiencing.  Looks like her internet connection has been 'washed' out again.  How frustrated must she feel!!

Nothing much to report.  Street Art Festival underway here ..... working up the energy to battle with the crowds .... might do .... might not

Round Table Revisited

Hi everyone.  I decided to brave the shops.  There was something I particularly wanted so I had to head to Carousel again and I left early so that I would get a parking spot.  I nearly didn't get one.  So busy.  Then I had to head back in the other direction for the other thing and that was packed too.  It was worse than Christmas.

I did have a laugh though.  I was on the travellator in the Armadale shops and a man was standing behind me with a trolley with his backpack and some other stuff in it.  A woman came racing down the travellator and said to him, excuse me, can I please have the jeans in the bottom of your trolley.  He said, Why?

She replied, Because you didn't pay for them and they are mine.

Brave woman.  He just dug them out and gave them to her and wished her a happy Easter ๐Ÿ˜„

Flashie, how awful.  What is wrong with people.

Brave indeed j*oono - shopping on Easter Saturday!

Decided to give the Street Art Fair a miss today - have two more days to go - and just decided to put feet up and have a bit of a read around Smiley Surprised

Would have probably been better to venture out - more productive at least.

Good on that woman.  I wonder whether she thought about what to do first or just 'did it' automatically.

Just been listening to the news of the horrific killings in Kenya at the moment Smiley Sad

Makes you reassess real life priorities.

The boards? pfffffffffft

Just as well it was all pleasantly handled Laney as if he had decided to make a run for it I was in his way.  Don't really feel like getting pushed down a travellator by a trolley.

I have twice seen people apprehended on that thing.  Once last week by security guards.  I guess it's easy to nab them that way as they can't escape easily.

Thank heavens for that j*oono - could have got very nasty as you would have had nowhere to go ....except down ๐Ÿ˜ž

Imagine having to deal with that sort of thing on a regular basis ..... would put you right off retailing I expect.
