Sorry laney ,too late.
This morning I bought Aldi organic beef mince.
I added one egg, grated carrot,finely chopped onion and red capsicum.
Then garlic,rock salt ,ground pepper,dijon mustard,spicy tomato
sauce,tabasco,a crushed wheat bix,chopped home grown parsley.
Twas beautiful .
Served with steamed cauli,sprouts and onion gravy.
I love cooking now that I can no longer work.:-)

It is a wonderful pastime JJ, especially when you have the time to be creative rather than just serve up sustenance for the family.
This cool weather is also perfect for cooking as it lends itself to those mouth-watering stews, casseroles and other lovely slow cooked meals.
Tonight though the die is cast - marinated chicken tenderloins with cous cous and a green salad.
