PM Kevin Rudds second cousin (twice removed) Leon Entwhistle of Reigate (in Mozambique) spoke out today about his illustrious relative. " i've never met him or been to Australia, but i reckon he's full of himself" Mr Entwhistle was reported to have said according to friends and local media.
