How do you eat them?
Do you prepare them fresh? Or just open a tin?
Cook them whole or fillet them?
Do you eat their heads?
What sorts of things do you use them for?
Are they a regular main protein in your diet?

Mr Boris loves them, I think they are horribly stinky things and refuse to have anything to do with them.

I always associate them with anchovies.
I'd never seen them fresh until this morning, so I'm kind of curious about them now.

But what do you do with them?
This morning I saw them cooked whole - marinated and stuffed and cooked on a grill - served with their heads on and their little beady eyes just looking at people
