Apologies if this has already been posted, I did have a quick look and could not see another thread about it.
I was browsing news.com.au this morning as I do to catch up with current events and I saw this article with regards to the interview on the Sunday Night program with Mercedes Corby.
At the time I thought it was a sneaky way of circumventing the 'no interview' rule imposed by Schappelle's parole team/Balinese Justice system.
Seems like she could now be in trouble because of her sisters big mouth and eagerness to flaunt Schappelle's first days of freedom to television cameras.
Part of the article:
THE Corby family’s underwhelming Sunday Night interview could see the newly released Schapelle Corby sent back to jail.
An angry Indonesian Justice Minister Amir Syamsuddin said late last night there was a chance Corby’s parole will be reviewed as a result of the Seven Network’s program on Schapelle.
“I am still waiting for complete reports from the Bali Correction Board. But for now, I can say that there is a possibility that I will review the Corby’s parole,” Mr Syamsuddin said at his Jakarta office.
The minister was so annoyed about the turn of events since Corby’s release from jail that he didn’t even wait for questions from the reporters gathered at his office last night.
He immediately made a statement that Corby could see herself back in jail.
Mr Syamsuddin said he would wait for a complete report from the Bali parole board about the program and its content before making a decision.

I watched it online yesterday.
Yes Schapelle was in it. They had the cameras in the car with her as she was leaving the prison and she was talking to whoever it was in the car with her, and praising the driver. It then showed her entering the resort and greeting her sister, brother and friends whilst skyping to her mum. Other clips showed her walking on a beach and playing in the surf with her brother. There was other footage of her inside the compound as well, but she didn't actually speak to the camera operator.
Mercedes did however, talking about having to go into prison to feed her sister and give her the medication she was on. Then went on to complain about how the marijuana wasn't tested and other issues that went against Schapelle during her court cases. (I did not think that she was wise bringing that up, would have been best leaving that alone considering the authorities in Bali were watching the show.)
I must say I thought that Schapelle was very upbeat and happy, showed no signs of being depressed or catatonic which she was described as being whilst in prison due the medications she was on. I would have thought the medications were still being taken or would still be having side effects as I am under the impression that you can't stop such medication 'cold turkey'.
Perhaps when the cameras were not around she was depressed, I can't say.
I just feel her sister has done the wrong thing doing the interview and filming Schapelle.
Even if no money exchanged hands there was still the fact that Ch 7 paid for them to stay at the luxury resort for that length of time, so in a way there was payment made.

i watched the interview thinking that it was a bad idea.........all they have to do is keep quiet for the next couple of years...surely they can do that for Schapelle's sake......Not looking good, is it..

No, but the sister should use a bit of common sense. Their justice system is not the same as in Australia and they are watching Schapelle like a hawk. She was told the rules of her parole and her sister also knew the rules, so why run the risk and say the things she did, critisising the court case and why certain things weren't done or followed up.
As I type this I have just heard on the news that Schapelle was being interviewed by someone from the Justice Department with regards to the TV show and what was shown/said and attempted to 'self harm' herself during that interview.
Exactly what happened, if it happened I don't know, it was on the news on Channel 10 just now as a breaking news story. Cannot find any links yet.
