If vanishing sea ice was evidence of global warming, what does increasing ice mean? Can’t wait to hear the scaremongers explain this away:
ANTARCTIC sea ice has expanded to record levels for April, increasing by more than 110,000sq km a day last month to nine million square kilometres.
The National Snow and Ice Data Centre said .... “This exceeds the past record for the satellite era by about 320,000sq km, which was set in April 2008,...”
Increased ice cover in Antarctic continues to be at odds with falling Arctic ice levels, where the summer melt has again pushed levels well below the average extent for 1981-2010… [But] the April Arctic minimum was 270,000sq km higher than the record April low, which occurred in 2007.
Together, that leaves us with above-average sea ice:

..........errr, we're not going to run out of icecream in a hurry?.....and it won't melt??

Sea ice grows. What do alarmists say now?
say to what ? do you know what climate change is ? extremes of both kinds melting and icing to name two. try reading more on the topic if you need informing properly.

no, the deniers just don't get that it means EXTREME weather, they think it means warm and sunny ... giggle

Ocean water circles endlessly, a balance maintained by differing temperatures and salinity (salt content) variations in the ocean. It’s called thermohaline circulation.
Normally at the South Pole, convection causes deeper warmer water to rise to meet a layer of very cold surface water.
The two layers mix. However, warming global temperatures can cause the layers to become more stratified and less
likely to mix.
Warmer temperatures encourage precipitation– lots of snowfall.
Melted snowfall and melting ice sheets inject lots of fresh water into the ocean.
Fresh water is less dense than salt water, which means it doesn’t easily mix with the deeper saltier and warmer ocean layer.
Fresher colder water lingers on top, protecting the ice from melting due to circulating ocean heat.
More snowfall has other implications: deep snow cover accumulating on sea ice can get so heavy that it pushes the ice raft lower in the water.
Waves creep over the side and inundate the snow, then the slush re-freezes.
This snow-to-ice conversion forms ice with different isotope levels, and scientists have found it in sea ice all around Antarctica in every season. "

Oh, L27, why can't you see that this man-made global warming / climate change is a scam with a political agenda behind it.
becoming more and more obvious and bold now.
Carbon dioxide is not a problem.
Fukushima, Chemtrails, GMO products are
No-one denies pollution is a problem and waste should be minimised, but CO2 is nothing to worry about.
We are overdue for an ice-age / mini ice-age - and this would kill far more than some CO2 would. The reduction in crop / food stuffs would kills millions through starvation
Fukushima is deliberately off the media radar, but it has not gone away. The Northern hemisphere is already seeing ocean death zones off Japan and now extending.
Was only on the news yesterday about China looking at Australia (even more so), for an area of food production away from the Northern hemisphere radiation.
And I would be concerned about more than one billion Chinese eyeing off Australia. Was stated publically and only mentioned on the media once and then dropped by the media (several years ago), that China will seek to take over Australia / NZ by force in their quest for clean air / food and water, at some stage. Increasing their 'lebensraum'
.

too much Alex Jones i'd guess.
