What do you think? Mum is running alongside but not beside him.....
7 months, is he strong enough in the neck to be doing that? I know some babies walk this early but I don't know if I could allow it, even if he does like it.

This child doesn't stand alone/walk (not really old enough too). Keeping his feet strapped in and getting him to hold a bar to keep him upright is not a natural thing to do with a baby that age.
Can't they wait till he is walking or over 1?

It's crazy that any parent would allow a 7 month old to do participate in water ski ing. Seriously what's wrong with her? Maybe over the age of 2 but even then with as many safe guards as possible like a helmet for starters.

I wonder what the plan was, to even try it?

irresponsible and stupid imo. this is not a child it is a little baby and needs to be looked after and protected accordingly. any parent who deliberately puts their child at risk should have the child removed from them as far as i am concerned.

Do you think this baby is chasing a sponsorship from Nike......giggle.

I hope he is sporting a Adidas headband in his next video.... Famous at 7 months old...
I'll be backing him as a future champion for sure..:-D

Parents will probably be pushing him to win water sports competitions when he is 5, poor kid.

With his athlete ability, and no doubt a future Speedo sponsorship , I bet he will. 😉

Some babies are just faster learning than others. Some babies try to mimic their parents from a very young age. That baby looked happy and strong enough and his parents know him best. Some babies do walk at 7,8,9 months.
If he fell, with mum close behind, onto shallow water and sand he probably would not get hurt anyway.
One of mine fell down a set of ship steps headfirst as the ship moved with the ocean. Nobody suggested babies and toddlers be banned from ships though.
