For all those who keep repeating that Prime Minister Gillard has not been the target of sexist attacks since she won the last election battle what do you call today's events?
First the Army.
Then the Tim is gay attack on Gillard.
Are you really ready to accept these behaviours as the norm for your daughters and sons?

OOhh dont worry freakie and stress less as come September 14 Gillard is gone and so is the GENDER wars she has created for her political gain ...
A PM is supposed to unite a nation but all she (gillard) has done is divide a nation and create gender wars for people to carry on about BUT she will be but a bad memory and booted out of office.... on Sept 14...
Of course it's all her fault she was attacked by sexist fools. She is a female and by default females are to blame for any and all attacks on them.
Yep, just the fact that she's female has caused the opposition and endless loonies to abuse and disrespect her but because they're mostly male and she is female it's all her fault.
Did we somehow morph into the 70s?
I can't believe what I'm reading. It's all her fault because she was a woman and because she's there the house is divided.
It's not the minority government that is in chaos. It's the loonie old boys clubs and friends in chaos. They should be ashamed.

"Gillard has been treated like this since day 1."
Even before she washed Rudd's blood off her hands.
"never has a male PM been subjected to that sort of disrespect."
I wonder if Rudd would agree with that!

Rudd is not the first PM to be tipped by his own party.
Gillard is the first PM to have been attacked for 3 years over it though, mostly in a personal sexist way which a male would never be subjected to.

You are right our moralities differ. As to the worth of our differing moralities I let others sit in judgment of that and maintain that my respect has to be earned. 🙂

Podster, I was thinking of someone using that as an excuse in a Court room
"Quite simply they weren't worthy of my respect Your Honor"
on 14-06-2013 11:41 AM
Do you think that any judge ir magistrate would accept that as a defence??
on 14-06-2013 11:45 AM
I guess you skipped over this bit
Hitler, Castro, Tito, Gadafi and Stalin were the heads of their country, did they deserve respect?
Oh!, but that is different you say, but is it?
Every person has to earn respect and anyone demanding it is unlikely to get it.
So let me ask you do you respect any of the above?

Do you think that any judge ir magistrate would accept that as a defence??
no and nor should the judge or anyone else imo .It looks pathetic and as though the person thinks they have the right to judge a person and treat them based on their own judgement..legal or not

I don't get this "respect" palaver that the Liberal parties supporters appear to have adopted as their own.
If respect "has to be earned", I am wondering what Abbott has done to earn his?
Sure, he was elected by his party. Umm. But that's about it really.
His Policies? We have yet to hear them.
His Moral Values? No thanks.
His past behaviour? Absolutely not.
His intellect? Don't make me laugh.
His statemanslike quality? See response as per above.
