I used to work in a shoe shop and had dozens of shoes, but now I just have what I need. I buy myself a couple of new pairs each year and if I'm really lucky the dog doesnt eat them. She's got good taste...she only eats the expensive ones

I have a pair of black leather knee high boots that I adore. I love them so much I paid $80 to have them re-soled 5 years ago. They still look almost brand new. I think I paid around $300 for them.

I have my work boots (they look like army boots), fugly sandals that I wear around the house, Balance runners, hiking boots (?!) and my all time fav genuine Ugg boots my daughter bought me for my birthday years ago that I can't give up even though they have a hole in them where I slipped and broke my toe. I'm never giving them up!

I can be sure about one thing. I'll never wear stilletoes again in this lifetime.
