Yes, I know............it should be award rates........but they are taking jobs from legitimate workers.

no, they arnt supposed to be getting anything, they are not here as seasonal workers.

i dont blame them for taking the money, these farmers were breaking the law.

instead of employing the right people and paying them the right money they found workers who would do the job for $9 less and pocketed the difference!
