Should Streakers be Placed on the Sexual Offers Register.

As a 15Year Old he Streaked At A High School Football Game

After Adamek’s arrest, the teenager was expelled from school and faced charges of public lewdness. If convicted he could have been placed on the a sex-offender registry.

To be placed on the Sexual Offers Registry seems a very big over reaction.

The story about the teen streaker who committed suicide was from Alabama, US. Alabama is in the 'bible belt' I think.

I don't think streakers are placed on the sex offenders register in Aust are they? 

Last month - Aust - STATE of Origin streaker Wati Holmwood choked back tears as he apologised for his nude dash which has cost him two months in jail. 

Seems very extreme to put a streaker on the sex offenders register (first offence, no other convictions at least).

Should the man filming the incident so that his mates could watch in the next room be placed on the SOR?

They are adults and I would like to see them on the Offenders Register.

I'm umming and arring about this. Do you think those flashers are sexual fiends who traumatise their victims deserve of being on the register? Then you can also argue that streaker affects more people. However culturally people just find streakers funny rather than violating .

Where a person can't get free basic health care, they can't even keep the country open for business and their banks can rip people off and send the country into a melt down that impacts on the whole globe...

THIS is how you make golf interesting.

A patriotic young woman spiced up the world's most boring sport this morning by stripping off her clothes, save for one tiny red G-string, and prancing across a fairway during the Presidents Cup.

We say "patriotic" because the woman dragged an American flag behind her, covered her nipples with miniature flag pasties and wore stickers on her chest and back saying "Support Our Troops".

This proud display got a rise out of at least one excited golf fan, who yelled "God bless America".

The streaker sprinted past the American captain Fred Couples, along with fellow players Ernie Els and Steve Stricker. She was clearly a fan of the latter, because she was shouting "Streaking for Stricker".

His wife was reportedly amused

Update: The female streaker who pranced around in a red g-string at the Presidents Cup this weekend has been identified as 23-year-old Kimberly Webster of Worthington. 

She was nabbed by police officers shortly after disappearing into the woods and was taken to the Dublin Justice Center, where she was cited for disorderly conduct- a minor misdemeanor carrying a $99 fine.

Ms. Webster can either pay the small fine for her nekkid run, or show up in mayor's court later this month and plead not guilty.

Streakers are just a nuisance, I am sure I have not heard about streaker progressing to more serious offences of sexual nature.

I would not be traumatised to see a flasher running across a field.  That is a situation when you are in crowd and he is alone in distance.  Just as when I saw one some 45 years ago in lunch time in one of the busiest arcades in Sydney.  I thought it was rather funny.  But when I was confronted by a flasher on deserted path in a large park I was quite shaken for a while and would not cross that park again. 
Strangely, the man in the city looked like what you would expect flasher to look; somewhat scruffy, middle aged  sad creature.  The girl I was walking with stopped dead in her tracks pointed at his unimpressive thingy and laughed uproariously.  He ran off and we went back to work laughing about it.

The boy in the park was very good looking, probably about 18, tall, slim with golden curls.  I was in my mid 40s and as he passed me he smiled and nodded, and I thought what a lovely young man, unusually gorgeous.  He walked much faster and soon disappeared ahead behind curve in the path.  Then he jumped out from behind a bush with his pants down, and he certainly had something to boast about.  I looked away and kept walking as fast as I could up the steep hill.  I could not believe how "traumatised" I felt.  I knew very well that he would have just ran back down the hill and got on the first train and most likely never came back to this particular area.

I don't know if they are put on the register BUT it is/was recorded as a sex offence. After 7 years you could apply for it to be removed if you hadn't re offended.
Please don't ask how I know, it's NOT funny! We'll not for him at least! Lol
