Re: Should the Burqa be banned in Australia

See, there are sjust some people on here who will just argue and disagree for the sake of it.

Ive stated what I, and many others are seeing happening in our local community. None of you live here and none of you see it.

It wont matter what i post, there are those of you who, just because you are not seeing it, choose to disregard it, argue about it or basically accuse me of lying.

Theres really not  much point posting anymore on this topic.

It might have been. I thought it was Anne-Azza Aly who said it but could be wrong, or they both may have said it.

I wasn't disagreeing with you................... I don't know where you live, no idea of what the demographics are, I assume you are telling the truth................................

I also assumed she knew what she was talking about too, obviously, in your experience she was incorrect.

Nobody said you're lying.  You must be in the position to see the few who wear a burqa in Australia and as you said before they're usually the ones who've just arrived and most adopt a hijab after a while.

It is also possible that  if Muslim women are being photographed, followed and threatened, then they may feel safer when totally anonymous under burqa.

BINGO! I spotted today's oxymoron. A muslim woman commenting on human rights. Sure.
