Old Ted 'heaving shoulders' Heath wasn't / isn't the only one. The present enquiry into the Westminster Paedophile Ring - seperate from the Heath investigation - is being conducted now...and will take up to five years to conclude.  The first two chairmen of this enquiry (Baroness Butler-Sloss and Fiona Woolf) resigned, and the third (Lowell Goddard) a High Court Judge, was drafted in from NZ, the reasons being that she has no affiliations to the British establishment, and would therefore be impartial.
