Sleeping with or without a pillow

I have slept for four nights this week without one and the pain in my neck and spine has disappeared, last night I decided to go to bed with a small pillow and ended up removing it after a few hours for comfort.

I think I might stay pillowless 😄

I love my pillow and take it with me wherever I go - interstate or overseas.  It is a scungy old thing filled with crushed foam, but it is sooo comfortable.
