So I found a dress I thought I might wear to King Kong.....

....the dress code is "black tie".

The dress was at a shop called Gasp, which has a bad reputation for nasty sales assistants.

Anyways, I wasn't sure if they dress was a little skanky so I took a pic and sent it to 2 people to ask their opinion.

1.  My friend who invited me to King Kong's opening night

2.  My Kiwi lover

1 answers with "It's not a friggin birthday party at a strip club - of course it's too skanky.  If you have to ask it's too skanky LOL"

and 2 answers "No way, if that's what you like.  You will look like a fairy princess".

I don't want to look like a fairy princess or a skank, so back to Chaddy I go, to maybe look for something a little less skanky and sparkly!

A black tie will look out of place with a dress.
